A well-established British International School in Beijing is seeking qualified Secondary Science Teachers specialising in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry to join its team from August 2026. The school delivers the British curriculum and is committed to maintaining high academic standards within a supportive and internationally diverse learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Science across relevant secondary key stages, specialising in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry
- Prepare students for GCSE and/or A-Level examinations
- Plan, assess, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the British curriculum
- Monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies where required
- Contribute to departmental and whole-school development
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Science within the British or IB curriculum
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
- Candidates with experience teaching within international schools are highly desirable
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 RMB per month
