SEN Teaching Assistant Cover People are currently recruiting for a KS2 Teaching Assistant Level 2 or Level 3 for a role in a Primary School in Manchester, M15, to start ASAP The Role A Primary School in Manchester M15, is looking for a KS2 Teaching Assistant to provide to support to across KS2 to children with SEN. The successful candidate will have experience of working with children with ASD and challenging behaviour. The role will be to support and lead sessions with pupils outside of the classroom. Running small group interventions in core subjects as well as helping pupils with delayed learning difficulties who may be working at lower levels. Experience leading interventions, booster sessions, and small group work with SEN is essential. The candidate must have: • A minimum of 6 months experience working with SEN children • Experience and knowledge of supporting children with SEN • Excellent behaviour management skills • Excellent communication skills • DBS on update register • References for last 2 years work history • Up to date CV The School The Primary school is a culturally diverse and welcoming school.
