Job Title: International Head of Secondary (Grades 6–12)

School Description:
A British International School in Beijing is seeking an experienced International Head of Secondary to join from August 2026. The school follows the IGCSE and AP curriculum and provides a well-established international learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Secondary School (Grades 6–12)
- Oversee curriculum delivery across IGCSE and AP programmes
- Support and develop teaching staff
- Drive academic excellence and student outcomes
- Contribute to whole-school leadership and strategic direction
Requirements:
- A relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Principal within an international school setting
- Strong knowledge of the IGCSE curriculum
- Previous experience in China is advantageous
- Due to curriculum requirements, only candidates from the UK or USA will be considered
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 700,000 – 800,000 RMB per annum (gross)
