An established International School in Shanghai is seeking a qualified Innovation Specialist (STEM) to join the team from August 2026. The school delivers a broad and rigorous academic programme through the A Level and AP curriculum, supporting students in developing strong analytical, technical, and innovative skills within an international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply innovative practices and technology to enhance teaching and learning within STEM
- Support the development of STEM-focused programmes and initiatives
- Deliver engaging, forward-thinking lessons that promote creativity and problem-solving
- Collaborate with staff to integrate innovation across the curriculum
Requirements:
- A relevant subject-related degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience applying technology and innovation within education (STEM)
- Strong understanding of modern teaching practices within an international setting
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 RMB per month (including housing allowance)
Benefits: Annual return flight and medical cover (salary dependent on experience and education)
