Job Title: Head of Science

A BSME-accredited British International School in Cairo, Egypt is seeking an experienced Head of Science to join its leadership team from August 2026. The school delivers the British curriculum and is well established with a strong academic reputation and supportive leadership structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Science department
- Teach Science across relevant secondary key stages
- Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental strategy
- Support and mentor teaching staff within the department
- Contribute to whole-school leadership and development
Requirements:
- A degree in a Science-related subject
- A recognised teaching qualification
- A minimum of two years’ experience teaching the British curriculum
- Previous leadership or departmental responsibility preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £38k–£42k per annum, tax-free (70% paid in GBP)
