A British International School in the Cayman Islands is seeking an experienced Head of Early Years to join from August 2026. The school follows the British curriculum and offers a high-quality international teaching environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Early Years department
Oversee curriculum planning and delivery within EYFS
Support and develop teaching staff
Monitor student progress and development
Contribute to whole-school leadership and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
A relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification
Strong knowledge of the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and British curriculum
Previous leadership experience within an Early Years setting is highly advantageous
Passion for Early Years education and child development
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum
Accommodation: Accommodation allowance provided
