Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Curriculum to join our esteemed educational institution in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our curriculum to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the curriculum across all educational levels.
- Ensure the curriculum aligns with national and international educational standards.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide leadership and support to curriculum development teams.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and research in educational management and curriculum development.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in education.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Quality or Educational Management (preferred, but not essential).
- Master’s degree in Quality or Educational Management (Preferred, but not essential).
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality or Educational Management or Equivelant (required).
- Proven experience in curriculum development and educational management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Commitment to educational excellence and innovation.
